Answer
[As of available February 12, 2025] Here are the minimum system requirements to play ThreatGEN® Red vs. Blue versions except the STEAM version:
- CPU: Intel i3 Series equivalent or better
- GPU: Nvidia GTX cards (any will do – having a GPU is highly recommended due to graphical acceleration required to play games based on the Unity engine at a reasonable frame rate)
- RAM: 4 GB (the WebGL environment will never request more than 2 GB, but 4 GB total is necessary due to the OS and other applications).
- HDD space: 2 GB
- OS: modern operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Ubuntu, etc.)
As for the browser, we recommend Chromium-based browsers (i.e. Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave Browser, etc.). Browsers using other rendering engines might be compatible but are not recommended.
For people who would like to play the game in Japanese, we would recommend not using Firefox as it has a browser-side encoding bug that prevents the game from working correctly when that language is selected.
