Summary
The Municipal Water Authority of Aliquippa (MWAA) cyberattack from November 2023 is a significant incident that highlights the vulnerabilities in critical water infrastructure. ThreatGEN provides a Settings File, a sample Incident Response Plan, and a sample Network Map that can be used by an AutoTableTop™ facilitator to run an exercise based on the situation that the MWAA team faced during the attack.
By uploading the three files into the AutoTableTop™ setting screen, ThreatGEN ran the exercise 4 times with varying outcomes with one outcome displayed in the Transcript provided.
